Short summary of islahi majlis 17 nov 2019 There is a hadith that states: “Whoever guards his prayers will have light, proof, and salvation on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever does not guard his prayers will not have light, nor proof, nor salvation. On the Day of Resurrection, he will be with Qarun, Pharaoh, Haman, and Ubay ibn Khalaf.” Salah is very important. Guarding salah means that from fajr to eisha, praying them all. And salah with congregation is wajib. If you pray your salah, you should tell those who don’t pray to pray. If you are travelling or not, you should still pray. These people Qaroon, Firawn etc are the people who will have the worst punishment. There are two types of people who will have the worst punishment. The ones who a prophet has hit with his hands and the ones who have harmed a prophet. Ubayy bin khalf is from these people. Don’t miss your salah for small reasons. Allah ﷻ is very merciful snd he forgives and looks at our excuses. Imagine if someone doesn’t pray they will be will Ubayy bin Khalf. Such a severe punishment. Whatever the time is, whenever the time for fardh salah enters, just pray. And tell your family to pray too. Be thankful to Allah ﷻ. Don’t be ungrateful. There are some people in the world who do not have food and are starving. We are here, being ungrateful for what we have. In other countries people sell everything for their medicine and hospital treatment, here we can have it for free. Even in the freezing weather we get warm water to perform our wudhu. Don’t be ungrateful for the blessings of Allah ﷻ. If you try to count Allah ﷻ’s blessings, you will not be able to! May Allah ﷻ give us tawfiq www.kalimatalhikmah.co.uk
