If you want to be saved from the wrath of Allah, give charity. Constantly give charity.
The one who does good, will be given a long life.
There was once a pious man who saw someone who had passed out because he was drunk. This pious man lifted him up, cleaned him and gave him somewhere to sleep. When the drunk man awoke he was ashamed that such a well known pious man helped him in such a state. He then stayed in this pious man's service and became a pious friend of Allah himself.
No one is free of sin. If you see anyone sinning, don't judge them, but make dua for them. Never think low of anyone or have a degraded view of them. This would be a grave mistake.
The one who oppresses others is doing a grave sin. We perform salah, then we hurt others.
Live your life in such a way that you have a good relationship with others. Have a good relationship with muslims, non-muslims and animals.
Think about the story of the women who would perform tahajjud at night, but would not feed her cat, she did not enter Jannah because of this despite her tahajjud.
And about the woman who was a prostitute, and she gave water to a thirsty dog. She went to Jannah for this.
If you find it hard to think good of others, then cry to Allah and make dua to be able to think good of others.
When you see someone doing a sin, then straightaway, think that the person could have so many good deeds that you do not know of, or that you have not done.
Deen is not to just pray to Allah, but it is also to fulfil the rights of others.
Think of yourself as having a lower status than others, do not start to think that you are better than others.
Your Lord has written (prescribed) Mercy for Himself, so that if any of you does evil in ignorance, and thereafter repents and does righteous good deeds (by obeying Allah), then surely, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (6:54)
May Allah give us the tawfiq
